What has been unfolding and continues to unfold in Israel and Palestine is horrific and unthinkable. We have received emails asking if we have a Tikkun statement or analysis. We are working on a statement and are committed to joining with other aligned Palestinians and Jews. In doing this challenging work, we recognize we need to slow down. We are all traumatized. We are making the conscious decision to calm our systems so we can respond from a deep psycho-spiritually informed and regulated place.
In the meantime, we share with you a recording of Jonathan Kuttab, a Christian Palestinian activist, co-founder of Nonviolence International and Friends of Sabeel of North America, who spoke to our Beyt Tikkun community during the High Holidays and shared an inspirational vision and message for the future of Palestine and Israel. It is even more relevant now.
