To illustrate our online and print articles we need to find images of peace, hope, and social transformation that are fully grounded in an awareness of the suffering that exists in our world. We are also constantly hunting for art that critiques the pretensions and cruelties of our materialistic and self-centered culture, as well as photo essays that teach us something new about politics or spirituality.
When image-hunting for the print magazine, we draw heavily on the Tikkun Daily Art Gallery. Every art exhibit on the gallery is accompanied by a profile piece about the artist.
To submit your art to the Art Gallery, email a set of high-quality, 4″ x 6″ JPEG files, at 72ppi or a link to your website to art.tikkun@gmail.com, with “Tikkun Daily art submission from (your name)” as the subject line.
To generally bring your art to our attention, email a paragraph about your work plus a link to your website to art.tikkun@gmail.com.
